**HR & Payroll Specialist**

**Woking**

**Salary circa £38,000 depending on experience**

**Immediate start**

**Initial 3-4 month contract**

**Full time, Hybrid working**

The role is primarily responsible for the Administration of the internal Payroll and assisting the Head of Compensation & Benefits You will be working closely with the current Payroll Specialist and Process Improvement Manager, to take responsibility forthe current process and administration of the payroll

**Duties to involve,**

Payroll (Circa 750 employees)
- Responsible for end-to-end administration of monthly payroll process
- Reconciliation of payroll, benefits and data
- Answering any payroll queries from employees

HR Compensation & Benefits
- General support the Head of Compensation & Benefits

**Experience and skills required,**
- Extensive payroll experience - UK and International, practice & laws, auditing and processing
- HR Compensation & Benefits experience
- Motivated to provide the highest level of responsiveness and performance within a small team
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
