**Position**:
In this role you will lead on the delivery of Housing Management to a range of tenure types, support customers in maintaining a tenancy / licence agreement, encouraging and facilitating their independence. You will support the organisation to deliver BCHA’s Tenancy Sustainment Service, including providing intensive housing management to customers of supported housing to maintain their accommodation.

**Requirements**:
Able to give examples of improving systems/services

Able to take effective decisions and problem-solve

Understands what makes effective working relationships across the business and with external partners

Able to manage resources within budget

IT literate

Knowledge of housing legislation and social housing management

Full driving license and access to vehicle
