Cost Clerk

We are looking for a Cost Clerk to support the Finance team on a part-time basis (approx. 16 hours) with flexibility on days worked.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process stock transactions to the job costing module within Opera
- Process time bookings from the trace sheet to job costing module within Opera
- Liaise with the production team as needed to clarify queries on trace sheets
- Raise and set up new jobs on Pegasus Opera
- Assist accounts payable team with processing invoices as needed
- Assist accounts receivable team with raising sales invoices as needed
- Generally, help improve processes and procedures
- Anything else that may be required
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience of working in a financial environment beneficial but not essential
- Experience of working on Opera beneficial but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate Excel user
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
