Electrical Panel Builder

We are currently looking for an Electrical Panel Builder to support the business in a new product line, assembling and wiring electrical control panels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly of control panels including drilling of back panel, layout of electrical components following layout diagram and panel wiring following electrical schematics diagram
- Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various other tasks by following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, schematics, and process aid sheets
- Work alongside team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
- Follow and improve health and safety policy and procedures
- Maintain a high level of quality in line with company policy and procedures
- Sustain the required daily production output level
- Support the complete supply chain from manufacture to assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping

**Essential Criteria**:

- Possess a ‘can do attitude’
- Have a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of panel wiring
- Ability to read and understand control panel layout diagram and electrical schematics diagram.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Manufacturing experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly
- Familiar with automated cable cutting and labelling machines.
- Knowledge of lean principles including single piece flow, 5S and standard work
- Computer literate
