Due to organic growth our Rugby site are looking to recruit an On site Recruitment Consultant. The On site Consultant will be the face of Challenge-trg, instrumental in delivering / surpassing our client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Daily assessment of volume requirements
- Forecasting and planning recruitment campaigns
- Induction, planning and allocation of drivers within the pool.
- Collating, analysing, and managing site performance against critical metrics.
- Delivery of excellent customer service both to internal and external client
- Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI's.
- Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget.
- Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive.
- Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach.
- Up-sell to gain growth with client.
- No out of hours on-call other than supporting the teams in peak periods and potential overtime shifts.

Key Qualifications / Experience
- 1 year recruitment experience (driving sector preferable but not essential)
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
- Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour.
- Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
- Full UK driving license.
- True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company.
