We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join the team as a Regional Administrative Assistant. This role will be based at our Colindale Brewers Decorator Centre. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, efficient and confidential administrative support to our London Region which is key to ensuring the effective running of the office support function. This is a varied administrative role that would suit someone with previous administration experience who is highly organised with a right first time approach to their work.

Working closely with the Regional Manager and Regional Operations Manager as well as our Head Office People Team you will undertake a selection of admin tasks which are vital to ensure our processes and procedures remain compliant and support the effective administrative operation across the region.

**As a Regional Administrative Assistant some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the Regional Manager and Regional Operations Manager
- Working with the People Team and using the People System to record sickness absence and holiday
- Taking notes in confidential people process meetings and accurately transcribing
- Completing the relevant People Forms for new joiners, changes and leavers
- Understanding and advising on absence recording procedures
- Acting as an “Expert User” on our People/HR System and supporting colleagues and Managers with queries
- Utilising information provided from the People Team to ensure that people process particularly e.g. probation reviews, performance capability are followed up in a timely manner within the Region by the appropriate Manager
- Arranging meetings as requested by the Management team
- Collating information to create reports as requested by the Management team
- Ensuring that all locally retained hard copy or electronic filing is kept up to date and secure
- Ensuring confidentiality of all sensitive information relating to People matters

**Who we are looking for to join our team**:

- Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role
- You will have strong organisational skills with the confidence to effectively plan and prioritise your workload
- A forward thinker with the ability to multitask effectively and work to deadlines
- You will be confident working on your own initiative
- You will have a friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing including spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Exceptional attention to detail skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately to a high standard with a ‘right first time’ approach

- Proficient in Microsoft Office to an intermediate level including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and happy to learn and embrace new software and technologies
