We are looking to recruit an Administration Officer who will work within the school administration team to deliver a comprehensive, professional and customer focused administrative service, displaying a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communicationand organisational skill. The post is 37 hours per week, term time plus 15 days, however part time/flexible working hours may be considered.
- Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent.
- A professional, calm, and friendly approach.
- Excellent administrative knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including parents/carers, students, visitors, and staff.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Confidence in using Management Information Systems, and an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Motivated, innovative, adaptable, and enthusiastic in all aspects of your own work.
- Love encouraging, motivating, and inspiring young children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning.
- Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Whitcliffe Mount School.
