- Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times

- Oversee the Slots and Electronic Gaming areas providing support and

assistance
- Identify any Food and Beverage requirements using a pro-active approach
- Working within the wider Gaming and Hospitality team to ensure that the entire

customer service is of the highest standard
- An understanding of the Slots and Electronic Gaming offer is preferable
