**Job Description**:
We are seeking a committed and passionate Sports Medical Therapist to join our esteemed medical team at Barnes RFC. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports therapists, and sports rehabilitators who are looking to pursue a career in sports or enhance their current skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide top-quality medical care before and during games, including strapping of players and soft tissue management, for one of the weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) for at least 2-3 weekends per month.
- Offer pitch-side medical assistance throughout the game.
- Demonstrate confidence and proficiency in managing player injuries and emergencies.
- Ensure top-quality medical care and support for players across all teams.
- Work collaboratively with the medical lead and other members of the medical team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Act as a responsible and committed member of the medical team, contributing to the overall success of the club.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant PHICIS qualification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
- Confidence in working within a sports environment, with a desire to progress in this field.
- Previous experience in sports or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £25,550.45-£51,033.71 per year

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
