Tipper Driver

Tipper Driver required Working within the Reading and surrounding area, The Class 2 HGV Tipper Driver will be responsible for collecting and delivering aggregate and waste products. Only drivers with a minimum of 2 years experience driving a 32t, 8 wheeler tipper vehicle will be considered for the position and responsibilities for the role will involve: Completing daily Vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is kept presentable and roadworthy, reporting defects where necessary.

The company operates a 98% paperless system where each driver is issued with a hand held ‘ tablet ‘ to perform a variety of tasks undertaken. The role is predominantly a Monday to Friday ( occasional Saturday morning ) working week with a flexible start time circa 06.00am for a 10 hour day, this includes at 45minutes unpaid break.

Full PPE will be provided by the company and the driver will be legible for a daily bonus incentive scheme for meeting / exceeding predetermined expectations relating to the role and the driver responsibilities.

It is expected that the driver will hold a clean license, Driver Card and have an up to date DCPC card and will reside within a realistic commutable area to Reading.
