An established building services contractor who specialises in the design, supply and installation of a wide range of Off-site Prefabricated solutions for the commercial M&E sectors throughout Europe, UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are lookingto recruit a Mechanical Project Manager to support their growing Contracts Team based in Banbridge.
**Your new role**
The role is to manage the delivery of a project from early design phase to handover PC. Your team would generally consist of a Project Coordinator, Mechanical Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, and the wider installation, sub-network team.
- To manage and develop your site management team to ensure the delivery of a project in a timely manner.
- Liaise regularly with the client via online meetings and regular on-site discussions to ensure they are satisfied with current progress and the forecast of up-and-coming works.
- Throughout the project track costs (material & labour) to ensure the project will be delivered as per original target spends.
- Assess requirement for labour and sub-contractors to undertake various elements of installation work and the development/expansion of your team
- Ensure and assist with the preparation of O&M manuals upon completion of the project. Ensure the team has marked up all As-built drawings and compiled all associated certs.

This role is aimed to be predominantly office based, however there will be a requirement to attend site meetings, typical travel would be at least 3 days a fortnight in one continuous visit.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Mechanical Project Management experience
- Experience working on large M&E commercial projects
- Computer skills including the ability to operate Microsoft Office
- Organised and structured approach to your work.
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with a varied portfolio of work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good interpersonal Skills
