Production Coordinator / Video Editor

**The Role**

Following a period of tremendous growth and success, Eleven Sports Media are searching for a talented, Production Coordinator / Video Editor to assist our Production team to delivering in-stadia digital assets within some of the most iconic stadiums in the world.

As a key member of our Production Team you will be working across a broad range of partner brand assets and promotional digital content.

Reporting to the Operation Manager, this is a full-time opportunity for a talented Production Coordinator / Video Editor who is looking for an exciting opportunity within the sport industry. Dealing directly with suppliers, you will be responsible for the build and delivery of all LED, in stadium displays and other digital assets for our partnered brands

**Key Responsibilities**
- Building and populating in-stadium project files including LED, Scoreboards, StadiumTV and StatTV.
- Managing production timing sheets.
- Liaising with production suppliers for file delivery.
- Coordinating fixture deadlines and artwork approvals.
- Managing and tracking deadlines across our CRM platforms and Excel sheets.
- Working cohesively with our Graphics Design and Client Services teams.
- Creating various video content to support both our pre
- and post-sale teams including sales demos, event demos, video testimonials.

**Main Job Requirements and Person Specification**
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a professional role is required for this position. Examples: Production Coordinator, Project Manager, Production Assistant, Digital Content Creator, Video Editor, etc.
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Organised, efficient, self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible and friendly client management style
- Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office products specifically Microsoft Excel.

**Specific Experience Required**:

- Extensive Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud programs specifically, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience working to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work occasional shift patterns to cover UK and US deadlines.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
