Eqs (Electrical Qualifying Supervisor)

We are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company, operating throughout West Coast, Central Belt, East Coast and Borders with our Head Office in Paisley and regional office in Dunfermline. Operating within Social Housing sector deploying our Multi-Trade teams to meet demands, we also operate in peoples private domestic homes (Renfrewshire and surrounds only).

As a 24/7 Reactive Repairs, Installation & Maintenance company we deliver more than 2,500 jobs each month on a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) ranging from small type repairs to larger works known as Voids. Electrically we deliver 800 EICRs/Rems per month, plus Kitchen Rewiring/General Rewiring, electrical repairs/servicing.

Due to our continued company success, we are looking to bring in another EQS to our team, you will be based out of our Dunfermline office. You will be required to travel throughout the Central Belt/East Coast (and at times support operations from Head Office in Paisley), you will also directly support our Borders operation.

The individual will be familiar with electrical operations namely within Social Housing and Private Domestic BUT a knowledge on commercial/retail industry working will also be advantageous. A sound knowledge of general electrical repairs/rewires and EICRs with Rems programmes within Local Authority, Housing Associations is essential.

You must possess**:

- Electrical inspection/testing and qualified to 18th Edition, BS 7671 or BS2391 AND have 2391/2395 or equivalent (or have a full and complete experience EQS for EICRs)**
**- Been previously appointed EQS, and have a wealth of EQS experience**:

- Domestic remedials, rewires and electrical alterations knowledge required.**
**- Domestic Fault finding/reactive repairs knowledge required.**
**- Willing to support the electricians to get jobs over the line.**
- **We ask that you work your 8 hours per day in full, you are and will be monitored for start and finish times. Please simply be _**ethical and moral, work your 8 hours per day**_ _- a fair days pay for a fair days work_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
