We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer to join the Association’s Property Services Team. Reporting to the Head of Property Services you will assist the Property Services Team in providing an efficient and effective property maintenance function for the Association’s planned/major repairs, the cyclical and day to day maintenance programmes.

You will have experience in delivering property maintenance and repairs programmes within a similar environment and have knowledge of the legislation relating to repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, gas safety and health and safety. You will also have excellent organisational skills, technical knowledge and IT skills.
