**Job Title**: Property Valuations Executive.
**Location**: Office based in Colchester Essex.
**Target**: Valuations Executive with Residential Property Valuations Experience.
**Rewards**: Basic Salary £25K plus commission bonuses and Benefits, realistic OTE £30K.
**Working Hour**s: Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 6.00PM plus Saturdays on rota.
**Timeline**: Immediate interviews and Immediate start.
