**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST**
To assist the Night Manager in the night operations of the hotel. To ensure the public areas, conference and banqueting rooms are serviced and prepared to the required standards for the following days business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and vacuum function rooms, restaurant, and public areas.
Prepare function rooms to set up as specified by the Conference and Banqueting Manager.
Adhere to hotel standards with regards to room set up and meeting network.
Prepare Restaurant or function room for breakfast when required.
Service of bar drinks to hotel residents.
Re-stock bar(s) as required.
Tidy and clean behind bar areas.
Line cleaning as requested.
Night food service - preparation of meals and service to guests.
Prepare breakfast buffet for service.
Preparation of room service breakfast trays
Maintenance cleaning of public areas.
Ensure toilets are in a reasonable condition pending housekeeping arrival the following morning.
Assist Night Manager where required.
Take part in staff development and training within department.
Other duties as directed by any member of the Management team.
HOURS: Part time 28 hours per week. 4 on 4 off. 10.00pm to 07:00am
