**Job Title: Warehouse Operative**

**Location**: Burgess Hill

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday, alternating every 4 weeks, 7am - 3:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm (soon to be changing to 6am - 2:30pm and 1:30pm - 10pm)

**Salary**: £24,000 p/a + shift enhancement

**Benefits**: Permanent position, weekly fruit, snacks, soft drinks & Tea and Coffee, and overtime opportunities available

We are working with an excellent employer in Burgess Hill who are expanding and looking for additional Warehouse Operatives to join their busy team. This is a hands-on role, assisting with key areas of the warehouse. Other areas may also include goods in/outso a forklift licence would be beneficial.

**The Role**:

- Picking goods and parts for orders from the production line
- Packing outgoing orders including shrink wrapping larger items
- Scanning incoming stock and booking in
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Using Forklift (licence required)

**The Person**:

- A background in warehousing
- Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential
- Confident using some hand tools
- You must be proactive with a good attitude to work
- A reliable and dependable team player
