ROLE SUMMARY

To ensure that Coty product manufactured at Vendors’ meet Coty Specification, Quality Protocols and Methodology and requirements.
Focus is on QA compliance, capability building and risk mitigation through adherence to company and regulatory policy.

Prioritize workload according to production, planning and shipping needs
Visually inspect and or test all materials produced and/or used in production to determine if material meets specifications and standards
Provide quality standards and defect ranges (panoplies) as needed for TPM’s on behalf of packaging
Follow up on defective inventory
Maintain appropriate records on various products, components, and TPM’s
Enter inspection results and take UD to approve the Inspection Lots with SAP
Investigate, report and track non-conformities and complaints
Provide training to new inspectors

**Knowledge**: Has a strong working knowledge of customer/consumer needs Experience in Cosmetic industry or pharmaceutical industry specifically in good manufacturing practices would be desirable Experience of quality inspections Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings. Able to use standard measuring equipment.

**GMP**: Adherence to HS&E, Quality, GLP, GMP (ISO 22716) and Hygiene Policies. Responsible for 5S within the QA department Follow all written work instructions

**Education**: Associates Degree or equivalent experience required Background in Quality Processes
