Hays Education are working with a Secondary school in Loughborough who are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker.
This is a full time and long term role to start January and will be up until Easter 2023 initially. The school will be advertising the role on a Permanent basis and you would be welcome to apply.
The school caters for students from Year 7 - Year 13 and aims to provide students with rich opportunities to ensure they become their academic best. The school has an Internal Inclusion Unit (ICE) which caters for students who are struggling to engage in theirmain classes.
Within this role, you will work with students in the ICE on a one-to-one or small-group basis, to co-ordinate lesson resources and to overcome students' barriers to learning and behaviour in order to achieve their full potential.
