**The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to manage the EMEA & APAC payroll, pensions, and benefits function, sitting within the HR Team. The key responsibility is the delivery of an effective, accurate and timely service to our employees and the company.

**Primary Responsibilities
**Payroll**
- Ensure that all processes are actioned efficiently, are compliant and in line with company policy and PAYE legislation, and that all salaries are paid accurately and on time.
- Manage external stakeholders and third-party payroll providers to ensure that correct payments are made in a timely manner.
- Deal with payroll enquiries, maintain employee confidence and ensure complete confidentiality of all information. Maintain and update payroll records for all changes.
- Work in partnership with our Finance Team on payroll reconciliations and to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Proactively liaising across HR and Finance to identify payroll changes resulting from employment legislation changes and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.

**Benefits**
- Proactively manage our external brokers and benefit advisors to include our annual benefits go-to market review.
- To keep abreast of all new benefit trends ensuring that Riskonnect’s benefits package remains competitive.

**Pensions**
- To administer the Riskonnect pension schemes working with our external consultants.
- To provide information to our employees as required.

Any other duties as required by your line manager.

**Your current skillset will include:
- 3/4 years’ experience in payroll, pensions, and benefits.
- Excellent Excel skills with good IT systems knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of tact and diplomacy, tenacious, resilient and a self-starter.
- Able to act on own initiative but also enjoys working in a team environment.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Desirable:
- Experience of working within the tech industry or has a strong interest in technology.
