Job Role: Cleansing Operative

**Salary**: £11.39 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week, between 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Duration: 6months+ (Immediate Start)

Location : Lisburn & Castlereagh Borough council area

JOB PURPOSE:
The post holder will be required to carry out waste collection duties including bulk collection, recycling duties and street cleaning duties.

The Job Role

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of performing manual work such as labouring/waste collection/street cleaning.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
- Knowledge of waste reception, removal, storage and sorting
- Knowledge and understanding of route plans and maps.
