**Hybrid Working - 1 day of the 2.5 days at home (18.75 hours per week)**

**10% bonus offered, paid quarterly on top of salary**

As a member of our client's dedicated and friendly ER Specialist team, you will be providing ER support to their sites, field teams and support functions. You will manage on average a portfolio of around 20 cases and be advising on a variety of issues rangingfrom straightforward situations to complex ER issues. All managers are very customer focused and highly commercial and as a result they expect solid professional and practical advice, delivered in a clear and concise manner.

The role will be covering North East & East Midlands, based centrally from the Head Office functions. Travel is limited and only on a very ad-hoc basis.

**Key Skills**
- A strong ER background with proven experience in a similar role including effective case management
- Highly competent in employment law with the ability to handle complex and detailed issues remotely
- Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgements around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business
- Confident communicator and strong influencer with the ability to respectfully challenge and be challenged at any level
- Commercially astute and team focused with the ability to multi-task and work to the changing demands of the business
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- CIPD qualified (desirable)
