**What Will The Role Involve?**
As our Data Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a team of operational colleagues to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of industry leading customer service and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for the management, optimisation and coordination of the Data Maintenance Team to deliver the leakage performance for the company. You’ll also administrate and oversee the use of Data logger website, to ensure no loss of data or user tampering is occurring.
You’ll ensure the needs of the customer are prioritised and the company and customer requirements are always optimally balanced to deliver optimum outcome towards stakeholders whilst developing, implementing and reviewing new processes which allow the business to improve. You’ll ensure these processes are rolled out effectively, understood by the team and embedded as business as usual.
**What Key Skills & Experience Are We Looking For?**
**Essential**
- Strong Analytical skills
- An understanding of data telemetry equipment functionality
- Experience of managing and developing a team
- Knowledge of water distribution network configuration and operation
- An understanding of leakage detection techniques on a clean water distribution network
- Passion for delivering excellent service
- The ability and experience to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to practically and pragmatically assess risks and benefits within your role
- Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to effectively manage your own and other workloads
- Commitment to delivering challenging performance targets safely and efficiently
