Content Manager

A leading global bank, are growing their team and hiring for a **Content Manager**. The role will be based in London and sit with their global communications team.

Having placed people in the team before, I am confident of their highly collaborative culture. You have the opportunity to work with multiple departments and stakeholders, supporting creative campaigns both internally and externally. The focus for the ContentManager is creation of content along with scoping out areas of improvement and coming up with new ideas to do so.

The role:

- Support **creation of impactful communications, copy and digital content** for employee engagement campaigns as well as digital channels and tools such as Yammer, Teams and Slido.
- **Measure and analyse the data and insights** of campaigns from a content perspective, to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with Global teams in the company-wide drive to upgrade digital platforms & screens.

Skills and experience:

- Excellent **copywriting skills**, along with **familiarity of creating content for digital channels, design and video** creation. (full support of the graphics team available).
- **Good understanding of analysing data,** to continuously improvise content output and channels.
- Experience of working within a global team is advantageous but not necessary.
