Plant Fitter

**Job description**

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure plant maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the daily check sheets received.
- Develop and maintain planned service schedule.
- Attend sites to rectify issues and perform reactive maintenance.
- Prepare and assist with the loading and unloading of plant and equipment
- Assist LOLER inspectors and support contribute to company LOLER database.
- Maintain supply of parts and consumables for both van and yard.
- Take pride in your work and ensure that plant and machinery is in the best possible condition.

**Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Full UK Driving License, Category B (Car) but Category C1 is desirable.
- CSCS Card
- NVQ in related discipline
- PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- Salary of between £42,000 and £48,000 based upon experience
- Company pension
- Company vehicle
- Flexible working based around core hours/availability.

**Location**

**Working Hours**

Due to the nature of the role, a degree of flexibility is encouraged, with some Saturday working and/or time off in the week to compensate. Core hours are dependent upon workload, location of work and activity levels.

**Salary**: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
