- Answering calls in a professional manner
- General administration to support the department
- Ensuring all customer interactions are recorded accurately onto the system.

- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to communicate well at all levels
- Assertiveness, confidence, and the ability to challenge established ways of working.

**Paying £11.94 - £12.50 per hour + Weekly Pay**

No previous office experience is required
