We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Logistics Planner. The successful applicant for this Logistics Planner role will play a key role within the business, and manage a team of of subcontractors nationally.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Co-ordinate and organise our field-based engineers with job deployment, this will involve distribution of jobs which will include precise instructions, timescales etc
- Ensuring the business has a steady flow jobs within the diary
- Co-ordinate related works brought into the workshop for remedials ensuring timescales are met and materials are delivered back to location in a timely manner.
- Forward planning & scheduling assigned jobs into workboards
- Review the ‘new jobs in’ on a daily basis and determine the requirement
- Feedback any resource concerns or issued raised from the team members to the relevant Manager

**Person Specification**:

- Must have previous experience in logistics
- A logical and systematic approach to work
- Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure,
- Team player
- Experience of working in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong IT literacy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
