Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Post

Purchasing - Ordering sprinklers, materials, plant, and access for jobs from suppliers

Supporting engineers out in the field

Booking deliveries into sites

Answering and forwarding phone calls

Monitoring mailboxes

Greeting visitors

Accepting deliveries

Monitoring and controlling stationery and sprinkler stock levels - Ordering when needed.

Collating and issuing weekly H&S returns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
