Looking for a varied day-to-day where you can get stuck in and learn a range of skills in the HR, Learning and Development, and data analysing space? This could be the role for Yü

You’ll be joining a vibrant HR team of 8, you’d make us 9 We’re all here to support each other, working together as a cohesive unit. This role is key to supporting all facets of our department, ensuring we’re running smoothly and proactively. You’ll be able to structure your day and tasks in a way that works for you, in order to meet your KPIs. However, there will also be times when we are all hands-on deck to address one situation or project.

**What We Need from Yü**:
**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Data**:

- Using software such as ActivTrak and Doordeck to proactively analyse people data, providing insights on employee productivity, performance and in-office attendance.
- Reporting on and analysing the learning and development data on the Learning Management System
- Analysing recruitment data using the platform PinPoint, if needed
- Supporting with any people data projects

**Administration**:

- Answering the staff line each morning (8:30am - 9:30am), taking absence and lateness messages and informing line managers of employee’s circumstances.
- Facilitating meetings and communications between employees and the HR team, including notetaking to aid in follow-ups and record keeping.
- Actioning basic queries in the HR mailbox.
- Uploading and allocating content on the eLearning platform and tracking learning progress, prompting line managers if needed.
- Reordering office supplies and branded merchandise when required, handling the associated invoices, and putting together the new starter welcome bags.
- Helping with engagement and event logistics, if needed.
- Setting up new team member’s/visitor’s ID cards and entry passes.
- Supporting the benefits administration.
- Assist with the monthly reports, providing data, trends and insights.
- Getting involved in ad hoc HR, Learning and Development, Recruitment or facilities tasks and projects, when needed.

**Office Support**:

- Proving our visitors, clients, and employees with a warm yet professional welcome, ensuring the reception area is clean and organised (we have cleaners who should do most of the work on the cleanliness side)
- Conducting regular Health and Safety walkarounds e.g., checking fire exits and notifying the team of any fire drills.
- Addressing minor maintenance issues and liaise with appropriate vendors for repairs.
- Organising the incoming and outgoing postal items, managing the franking machine and supporting other team members with its use.

- As you’ll be a part of the HR team, able to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- GCSE Grade C or above English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
