Bring your core skills and expertise in providing assessments, low intensity virtual therapy & case management. Our referrals come from an array of sources (NHS, Insurance and Corporate) so you will work with a wide range of presentations to support clients from the beginning to the end of their therapy journey. Making people better is at the heart of everything we do and we want you to be a part of that.

Working with our network provides flexibility to have your own supervision, whilst being supported by the wider clinical and operational teams. Other benefits include:

- All DNA’s and late cancellations (24hrs) will be paid
- Get paid quicker with our 15 day payment terms from the end of the month

**Please note, this role is not available for staff currently employed by Vita Health Group, or those who have left within the last 12 months.**

To be a Network PWP you will need your own insurance, DBS and be a member of the ICO. To ensure the highest level of care for our clients we also need you to have your Adults and Children Safeguarding training. We can of course support you to achieve all this.

Skills and Experience

**Essential**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions
- BABCP registration
- Experience of dealing with a broad range of common mental health problems and providing low intensity interventions
- Experience of providing both telephone and video assessments and treatment sessions
- An understanding of acute mental health/psychological assessments
- Experience of risk assessment and routine clinical outcome monitoring
- Confident communication skills to liaise with clients as well as other professional groups and multi-disciplinary teams

**Desirable**:

- Have an awareness occupational health: value being ensured to both occupational clients as well as to individuals
- An awareness of working with private medical insurance
