**Location**: Maryport

**Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday,

**Pay Rate**: £10.42 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure workplace
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

**Requirements**:

- No Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required as full training will be given
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
