Exercise Assistant

We are a charity offering services and activities to lonely, isolated and vulnerable people in the local and surrounding community of Larkhall. This is a voluntary post with a sessional fee and travel expenses paid to successful applicant. Our activity groups are geared towards the 55+ age group and are based in our centre in Larkhall. We are currently looking for a volunteer to lead our easy exercise group sessions held on a Thursday morning from 9.30am till 10.30am and on a Friday from 11am till 12pm. You would be asked to organise sessions suitable for our age groups who at the moment enjoy circuit training and exercise to music. If you think you could help on both or any of these dates, please get in touch. Relevant experience and qualifications would apply.
