**Location - Adelaide Wharf (London, E2)**
**Working Hours** - (Monday to Friday) Monday to Thursday 0700 - 1600 and Friday 1400 - 2000
**Salary** - £30,000
**Contract** - Permanent

**Your working environment?**
This role will be based at a mixed tenure residential complex consisting of 147, the vibrant building has a bright and bold architectural palette and award-winning design. Located in Hackney with easy transport links.**What makes a successful Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner?**

- you have overseen external contractors, property maintenance and major works

- you work together and build strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors.
- you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others
- you have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a strong working knowledge in building maintenance systems
- you’ll have achieved IRPM associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment)
