Your role will include:
Working with GPs to provide a responsive repeat prescription service, ensuring targets are met. Coordinating and preparing prescriptions for our patients, updating patient records, issuing of medication, and patient and pharmacy liaison. Ensuring patient information is kept secure and confidential.
Applicants should have exceptional organisational and communication skills. Good IT skills and an attention to detail are also essential. You will need to offer outstanding customer service and work well as a team to manage patient expectations
Previous experience would be an advantage, although full training will be given to suitable applicants.
