- Coaching and empowering leaders and managers to perform their people-related responsibilities more effectively
- CIPD Qualified
- Professional Services Background
- At least 5 years' experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of delivering people related change projects/initiatives
- A track record of delivering results
- Generalist HR background with experience of complex casework
