We are currently looking for a **Technical Administration **person to join our fast growing, successful, FMCG company. The company supply both private label and branded products to highly successful leading retailers worldwide. We are a highly respected, dynamic cosmetic and skincare company who have seen significant growth year on year. We are manufacturers here in the UK and China with a brilliant design and NPD department.
Looking for a cosmetic obsessed, beauty geek who really wants to get into **the nitty gritty of a formulation**, to join our rapidly growing **Regulatory and Compliance**, high-energy business in the North-West of England.
We design and manufacture for private label and branded cosmetic, from concept and design to delivery.
Our regulatory team is focused on ethical consumer trends. Raw materials are reviewed for cruelty free compliance, vegan suitability, plastic-free and sustainability being company standards for our formulations.
The role will involve administrative tasks for the technical team. Tasks will include:
- Arranging testing samples, sending to the appropriate testing house, maintaining multiple testing data trackers, and highlighting potential failures,
- Organizing and managing retained testing samples,
- Keeping the Technical and New Product Development (NPD) teams up to date on testing status and escalating any compliance risks.
- Managing the raw material database for new and current raw materials to ensure they meet our internal requirements, as well as customer specific requirements e.g., Cruelty Free International,
- Reviewing and approving new formulas developed by the lab for the company portfolio, or for specific customers,
- Updating and maintaining the colour library,
- Updating and maintaining the formula library.
The role will be reporting to the Regulatory Team Leader.
- Have excellent organisational skills and work with minimum supervision.
- Be computer literate and be competent with Excel, Word etc.
- Be a clear communicator who works well in a team environment.
- Create simple, effective administrative solutions.

**Education**:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
