Dental Nursing Apprenticeship

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking person to join our team.
Applicants must be able to use their own initiative, quick to learn, hard working and caring.
Dental Nursing is a fulfilling career path whose role it is to help the dentist or hygienist with all clinical aspects in the surgery. This list includes but it not limited to:
- Provide chair side assistance during all dental procedures
- Welcoming and taking care of patients.
- Working closely alongside the dentist or hygienist in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Updating patient records and taking notes.
- Cleaning practice areas to a high standard, maintaining strict cross infection controls.
- Preparing the surgery including instruments and materials for treatments/procedures.
- Carrying out reception and administrative tasks as and when required.
You must have GCSE’s in English Language and Maths at grades C/4 or above. You must also have a legal right to work and reside in the UK.

Wages:
Please note that the apprenticeship wage is currently £4.81. Wages paid will be £5.00 per hr, increasing l automatically rise to minimum wage after year one on program. Once fully qualified, wages will increase to that of a qualified Dental Nurse
