Litigation Solicitor

I am working with highly regarded and well-established firm based out of Romford on a role for a newly qualified Family Solicitor, offering progression and the chance to work closely with accredited Family Solicitors. The firm has been named by the Law Societyas a well-managed traditional firm which is well regarded by the local community.

The ideal Litigation Solicitor will have solid experienced fee earning in general litigation solicitor with some family experience.
In return, it is asked that you have leadership skills, due to the path to progression leading to a Director role within the near future. The role will consist of general litigation matters including:

- Inheritance & Will disputes
- Property disagreements (including ownership disputes)
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Re-possession/eviction proceedings
- Building disputes
- Right of way disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Inheritance claims
- Contested Probate
- Debt recovery/repayment
- Service charge disputes and right to manage claims
