Vehicle Recovery Call Handler

**Job description**

We are looking for additional team members to work in our Vehicle recovery control room handing calls, dispatching the recovery vehicle and the administrations of each job from the initial call to invoicing the customer, which is based in Brough, East Yorkshire.

The position is 4on 4off however we are flexible regarding shifts as we may take on one full time or 2 part time to cover this role. days of work are made up of hours in the office, plus on call working from home outside of those office hours
- evening and weekends as we are a 24/7 business.

you will need to have good signal on EE at home and internet access, and due to office location you will need your own transport as we are not on a bus route.

This is a very fast paced job co ordinating breakdowns, dealing with customers and drivers, taking accurate details and locations and following each job through to completion.

In addition completing admin tasks such as pricing jobs, sending and chasing order numbers and invoicing as well as dealing with queries and general admin.
