**Software Trainer (SQL Technology) *Hybrid WfH / London* to £65k**

**Your Role**:
As a Software Trainer, you will create and deliver high quality training materials, for internal users and clients, to enable them to effectively use the company's core software platform. The platform is highly complex, interfacing with large amounts ofpharmaceutical and mechanical equipment, and configured using SQL, making this an exciting challenge for a tech savvy Software Trainer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking ownership of the training program and shaping the ongoing training strategy
- Developing and maintaining complex technical training content, presentations, and exercises
- Becoming a SME in the company's software platform and systems, having a detailed understanding of how everything integrates
- Delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to team members on a regular basis
- Keeping track of individual members training progress
**WfH Policy & Office**:
Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team who are all passionate about the work they do. You won't be expected to work in the office every day and can have work remotely 2-3 days a week.
**Requirements**:
- You are an established technical / software trainer who has a proven track record of creating and delivering high quality training in several formats
- You can create and manage online training materials and courses
- You have experience conducting training for related technology products and services
- You have experience in relational database systems and writing SQL
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
