This is a leadership role within the team, you will be expected to work closely with the Team Manager on a day-to-day basis to support the wider team.

You will be required to manage a small complex caseload when required and have experience in undertaking Care Act Assessments. You will need to have a good understanding/experience/knowledge around Safeguarding Adults.

An ability to work in partnership with Health colleagues, this will include undertaking processes as per appropriate Legislation and Wiltshire Council Policies/Guidelines. A confident and can-do attitude would be desirable. You will have responsibility for overseeing waiting lists and allocation referrals, undertaking risk assessment and prioritising to ensure customers' needs are met in a timely manner.

Knowledge and experience in Continuing health Care are valuable along with a confident and can-do attitude.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £35.00 per hour
