Admin Support Co-ordinator

My client have an open position for an experienced Admin Support Coordinator in their Shoreham By Sea office (soon to be Central Brighton office).
Role:
- Onboarding of new employees across multiple departments and functions
- Assisting with employee HR and Payroll related tasks (onboarding, probation, work changes, payroll updates)
- Maintaining employee training qualifications and scheduling additional training and upskilling
- Expense and invoice processing and related reconciliation activities
- Assisting in the review and rollout of company policies and procedures (Compliance, Health & Safety)
- Provide administration support to the field operations teams and managers
Hours**:Monday to Friday** - **37.5 hours per week**
Holiday**:23 days** per annum (pro-rata) + 8 bank holidays
Probation Period**:6 months**
Salary**:£21.5K per annum**, rising to **£ 23,349.00 per annum** once probation has been passed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
