**FP&A Manager - High Wycombe - £60,000 - £70,000 - Hybrid Working + Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA**

IN2 Consult are supporting an established, market-leading company based in High Wycombe in their search for an FP&A Manager to join their ever-growing finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to make a real impact on a growing business, have an important say in the day-to-day running, and drive business performance. **The FP&A Manager role includes the following duties;**
- Assist the wider team in reviewing investment appraisals.
- Work closely with the Associate Finance Director as well as non-financial stakeholders.
- Provide insight to the wider team into complex financial data surrounding the overall performance of the business.
- Responsibility for managing the 30-Year Business Plan.
- Assist in delivery of the business' Corporate Plan through budgeting & forecasting and financial planning & analysis duties.
- Prepare and present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Build financial models that are thorough and interpretable by the wider team.
- Challenge stakeholders where required to ensure the business is continuously striving for improved performance.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- Ability to understand long term financial planning principles
- Ability to understand financial metrics that are crucial to the business
- Excellent Excel Modelling skills
- Ability to challenge stakeholders on decisions that will impact the business
- Strong analytical mindset
- Confident in presenting to non-financial stakeholders
