My client is a well-established tech business, with a global market presence. They are a leading international provider of SEO solutions as a result of their dynamic and target driven entrepreneurial culture. This company are now looking to expand theirLondon based team and need someone to lead a team of SDRs within this expansion who will be dedicated to contacting prospective customers, qualifying leads, and organising potential client meetings for the Senior Sales Team.

**The Role and Responsibilities**:

- On the hunt for an SDR Manager
- The main responsibility involves managing a team of keen SDRs - this is a unique opportunity, as you will be able to have an input in the recruitment of SDRs who will work under you as the team grows further. You will also be able to shape the team’s cultureas you are given free reign to establish create incentives and team bonding activities.
- Report on team activity and forecast to Vice President of Demand Generation and other senior sales management.
- Conduct daily activity review meetings and coaching to direct reports.
- More to be discussed through interview process.
- 6 months to 2 years’ experience of leadership roles working in SaaS/software sales.
- Proven record of success managing high volume transactional sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage sales cycle through a CRM
