Crosstown is an award winning scratch bakery specialising in sourdough & cake doughnuts, as well as specialty artisan cookies. We celebrate and respect the traditional skills of hand rolling while also ensuring that our bakers are supported by modern high quality and well maintained equipment to achieve the best quality products possible. We are now looking for a Senior Baker to join our team as we expand our national store locations and continue to develop our online & London offering.

**Our bakery is based near Vauxhall (SW8 4AB) and is supported by excellent transport links. Please note that this is a night shift position that runs from 5pm to 1am.**

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
- Confident and experienced Senior Baker
- Good technical understanding of sourdough & scratch baking
- A passion for food and loves to have hands-on the dough
- Enjoys a leadership role in the team and ensures a consistently high quality product
- Team player with positive can-do attitude - You will work together with the Head baker to develop the Baker’s department - this includes supporting the department with H&S paperwork
- Reliable and punctual. Timekeeping discipline is essential.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift/ 5 days p/week. The bakery operates 7 days a week, so some weekend work is included in the rota.
