Kitchen Assistant

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
