Compensation Analyst

**Role: Compensation Analyst (maternity)**
**Length of contract: 12 months**
**Daily rate: £260 Umbrella**
**Location: Remote working but must be able to go to Reading offices**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join a prestigious technology organisation and supporting EMEA region, based in Reading on a 12 months maternity contract.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Uses compensation guidelines and procedures to determine salary offers for internal staffing and/or external hires across the enterprise.
- Conducts analysis to ensure offers are equitable.
- Ensures offers are competitive and contribute to the organization's ability to attract, retain and motivate employees.
- Effectively works with a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure offers are completed in a timely fashion.
- Works with the compensation team to support the annual base pay increase and short term incentive processes
- Performs other compensation analysis, as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Must have compensation, data analysis or HR experience with an emphasis on strong analytical expertise
- Numerical mindset
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate with leadership
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, and data analysis software (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Excel, etc.)
- Google is advantageous
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills
