Midweight Graphic Designer

unybrands was founded in 2020 by a group of partners who shared a common vision to create the leading next-generation e-commerce platform for micro-brands. The company operates globally, with our headquarters located in Miami and additional teams based in Berlin, London, New York, Seattle and Shanghai.

unybrands acquires e-commerce brands that operate on and off Amazon. unybrands integrates the brands into its platform, optimizes the business operations and economics, and expands to new product lines and geographies. With us, e-commerce brands reach new heights with expert operators and infrastructure.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- creation & optimisation of branding & the associated guidelines
- strategic project planning & execution for large & long-term

outputs, such as branding & packaging
- planning, organising & art directing photoshoots
- coaching & mentoring more junior members of the team
- writing briefs for, and managing, freelancers when applicable
- editorial design of product collateral & marketing materials
- working on marketing campaigns for digital and print outputs,
- product design and 3D visualisation

About you:

- has between 3-5 years experience
- has managed junior designers and/or freelancers
- has an awesome portfolio showcasing creative ideas
- likes variety
- is organised and is able to manage their own time
- loves to learn
- is well versed in Adobe CC
- animation or illustration skills are a plus
- works well under pressure to deadlines
- enjoys problem solving
- is comfortable articulating ideas to non-creatives and receiving constructive feedback
- creating assets for our websites including homepages & blogs
