- We are now hiring a Medical Final Signatory Specialist to join our Medical Affairs team. Reporting to the Director for Enterprise Signatory Services this role will ensure promotional and non-promotional materials and activities are fair, balanced and factually accurate and adhere to the Code and our policies. This Final Signatory Specialist will act as the primary source of ABPI Code medical signatory advice for Therapeutic Area aligned functions and for above brand. This person will also act as a final signatory and first escalation point within our signatory team**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide code expertise and contribute to above brand project strategy and act as a final signatory for items and activities for the business
- Positively partner with other functions on multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all materials follow compliance from conception and offer pragmatic, compliant solutions to meet business requirements as well as enhance clinical practice
- Enterprise thinking in supporting above brand materials, considering business imperatives, priorities, impact and risk
- Identify standardized approaches for niche projects and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in creating effective and practical medical quality standards to ensure continued success in a compliant and ethical manner
- Works collaboratively with cross functional departments to ensure early engagement and alignment on new concept/activities with relevant enabling functions

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Significant experience in a final signatory role (pharmacy/medical qualification) on a wide range of activities, materials and projects
- Experience in working on above brand projects across multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in PMCPA code complaints
- Good knowledge of UK healthcare system and experience in external stakeholder management.
