QA Operative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a **Quality Assurance Operative** to join our technical team in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Operative who is an enthusiastic and energetic individual who will assist with the management of quality, quality assurance and production due diligence requirements for all products packaged at our Ramsey site and related operations on behalf of the Company.

**Key responsibilities for our Quality Assurance Operative**:

- Assess product quality on intake, during packing and prior to dispatch and provide feedback to management across all operations.
- Support Production in their roles and provide quality guidance for the Operations Teams.
- Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards as laid down in customer specifications and EU product standards, where applicable.
- Complete shelflife assessments and analyse data.
- Collate information concerning customer KPI data.
- Support the Marketing Agents Customer Account Technologists in the development of product specifications.
- Ensure compliance with product safety, legality, and quality requirements in order to meet the Company commitments to food safety legislation and HACCP.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control practices, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficient use of IT (Microsoft Excel, Word)
